Founder – Gerard Eldering

Gerard Eldering is an entrepreneur and technology transfer expert. He is founder of InnovateTech Ventures, a technology transfer venture creation firm, and has served as founder or co-founded of three startup companies including Trilumen. Prior to founding InnovateTech, he served as Director of the Technology Transfer Office at The MITRE Corporation. Gerard holds a B.A. in Physics, an M.B.A. and is a registered patent agent.

Inventor and Consultant to Trilumen – Dan Hahn

Daniel V. Hahn is an Optical Engineer and Senior Professional Staff in the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab Air and Missile Defense Department. Mr. Hahn has a background in physics including: Research experience in optics, specifically nonlinear optics, material characterization, image acquisition and analysis, and laser-based ultrasonics. He had systems engineering experience with data acquisition systems including camera and video instrumentation and various electronic sensors. He also has a background in optical measurement techniques, experiment automation, and DAQ system development (including rapid prototyping efforts).
